What are the fees?
Standard fees: 15% of sales
FrontLine members: 5% of sales
Shoptrue is run and paid for by FrontLine Stores, as a service to independent retailers. These fees cover payment processing for orders.
How easy is it to sell on Shoptrue?
It’s very easy! We set up your Shoptrue store and provide you with some simple instructions to start adding your products in just a few minutes! And fulfilling your orders is even easier!
What about delivery?
You can offer a custom flat shipping rate. We recommend:
$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping
Additionally, all customers are eligible for free shipping if they spend $150+ on your products.
Once you receive your order, you can ship it with your preferred courier.
How do I get paid?
Shoptrue sellers are paid in monthly intervals, direct to your bank account. You can keep track of your payments through the Shoptrue portal
Do I have to be a FrontLine member?
No you don’t! Although FrontLine members pay lower fees, on top of their other FrontLine member benefits. Shoptrue is an initiative to help all independent Aussie retailers to sell online in an increasingly competitive environment.
